SMS and Mobile Information
Mobile information and phone numbers collected by Caleo will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any external entity. Information sharing with subcontractors is limited strictly to providing the Caleo service (such as Twilio for SMS delivery and Vapi for voice processing).
Caleo ("we", "us") operates this website and the Caleo voice logger service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
We collect only the minimum information needed to provide our service: name, email address, and phone numbers for the account holder and the designated family caregiver(s). When a senior uses the device, we collect short voice notes and the timestamps of check-ins.
How we use information
We use this information to deliver SMS notifications to caregivers, maintain account access, and provide customer support. We do not sell personal information. We do not share phone numbers with third parties for marketing.
SMS messaging
Caregivers opt in to receive SMS notifications during account setup. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for support. Mobile information and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data retention and security
We retain account data while your account is active. Voice notes may be retained for a reasonable period to allow caregivers to review history. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@caleo-logger.com.
